The THHN wires has a thin flame-retardant PVC insulation covered by a wear-resistant nylon sheath. THHN wires are suitable for dry environments up to 90 ° C and humid environments up to 75 ° C. The maximum rated voltage of THHN cables is 600 volts. All THHN wires comply with UL 83 safety standards for thermoplastic insulated wires and cables and UL 1063 safety standards for wires and cables used in machine tools.
