We are equipped with crimping, assembly and disassembly tools officially recommended by Deutsch or whose compatibility has been verified.This ensures that the assembly process will not cause physical damage to the connector.In addition to the regular electrical performance tests, we also pay special attention to the insertion and extraction force tests of connectors to ensure that the holding force of each terminal and the insertion and extraction force of the entire connector are within the standard range.   Conduct 100% or high-frequency spot-check air tightness tests on the connector part of the finished wire harness, simulate its working environment at a depth of 1 meter underwater, and verify the IP67/IP69K performance.Train the operator to confirm through sound and touch that the secondary locking mechanism of the CPA and the connector itself is fully in place.
