SAISONIC is deeply involved in and leads all key processes of cables and wires, including cutting,stripping,crimping,pre-assembly,final assembly,conduction testing,appearance inspection, and packaging.Proficient in mainstream domestic and international process standards such as USCAR,VW60330,QC/T 29106,etc.Our automotive wiring harnesses adopt standardized operations, responsible for formulating and optimizing Sops (Standard Operating Procedures) and SIPS (Standard Inspection Specifications) to ensure the stability and repeatability of the production process.From drawing to mass production,we have led the introduction of multiple new vehicle model wiring harness projects, including drawing review, DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturability/Assembly) analysis,tooling equipment development,trial production (Proto/PT/PP) organization, and SOP ramp-up.
We have passed the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system and are capable of coping with VDA 6.3 audits and third-party audits.
At the same time,we have quality control experience with secondary suppliers (such as terminals,connectors,tapes,sleeves, etc.) to ensure the stability of incoming material quality.
