Air Conditioning Wire Harness

As the most important manufacturer of connected products such as wiring harnesses and cables in the Asia-Pacific region, Saisonic produces internal wiring harnesses for air conditioners with functions such as power supply, signal transmission and control for various Oems. Cover the following types
1. Air Conditioners Power wiring harness
Main power cord harness: Connects the air conditioner to the external power supply (220V/380V) to supply power to the entire machine.
Compressor power cord harness: Specifically designed to provide high-current power for compressors, it usually has a relatively thick wire diameter and is resistant to high temperatures.
Fan motor power cord harness: Drives the operation of indoor and outdoor fan motors.
Control board power cord harness: Supplies power to low-voltage circuits such as the control mainboard and display screen (possibly through a transformer to reduce voltage).

2.  Air Conditioners Control signal wiring harness
Indoor and outdoor unit communication wiring harness: Connects the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, transmitting signals such as temperature setting, mode switching, and fault codes (some air conditioners use two-core shielded wires and support serial communication).
Remote control signal wiring harness: Receives infrared or wireless signals from the remote control (some models are integrated into the control board).
Control board to actuator wiring harness: such as controlling electronic expansion valves, four-way valves, stepper motors (regulating air deflector plates), etc.

3.  Air Conditioners Sensor wiring harness
Temperature sensor wiring harness: Connect the indoor/outdoor environmental temperature sensor and the evaporator/condenser tube temperature sensor, and feed back the temperature data to the control board.
Pressure sensor wiring harness (for some high-end models) : Monitors refrigerant pressure for system protection.
Humidity sensor wiring harness (for some models) : Detects indoor humidity and assists in adjusting the operation mode.

4. Grounding wire and protective wiring harness
Grounding wire: Connect the metal casing to the grounding terminal to prevent the risk of electric shock.
Shielded wire: Used for high-frequency signals or communication lines to reduce electromagnetic interference (such as control lines of frequency conversion modules).

5. Wiring harnesses related to frequency conversion modules
Variable frequency drive wiring harness: Connects the variable frequency module with the compressor motor to transmit high-frequency alternating current (with variable voltage/frequency).
Dc bus power supply harness: It provides high-voltage DC power for the frequency conversion module (usually output by the rectifier circuit).
6. Auxiliary function wiring harness
Electric auxiliary heating wire wiring harness: Connected to PTC heating elements, it is used to assist in temperature increase during heating.
Wi-Fi module wiring harness: Connect to the intelligent control module to achieve remote control via mobile phone.
Display/indicator light harness: Connects the display and status indicator lights of the operation panel
