1. PH Series Connector Wiring Harness Wire to Board (Crimp Style)

Product Description:It is designed to meet the demand for the high-density connection of internal wires to PC boards.

Pitch: 2.0mm

Current/Voltage: 2A / 100V (AWG#24)

Features: Small in size, suitable for compact Spaces. The insertion and removal cycles are approximately 30 times.

Typical applications: Consumer electronics (such as routers, camera modules, printers). Connection between circuit boards (such as Arduino, Raspberry PI expansion boards).

2. XH Series Connector Wiring Harness: Wire to Board (Crimp Style)

Product Description:This connector was developed based on the high reliability and versatility of our NH series  connectors. The connector is very small with mounting height of 9.8mm

Pitch: 2.5mm

Current/Voltage: 3A / 250V

Features: High cost performance, strong versatility. The insertion and removal cycles are approximately 30 times.

Typical applications:

- Power connection (such as computer motherboard, LED light strip).

- Battery pack connection (such as unmanned aerial vehicles, remote control models).

3. PA Series Connector Wiring Harness: Automotive Connectors .

Product Description:2.0mm pitch connector with secure locking device *Secure locking device The housing has a locking device to prevent accidental disconnection because of routing wires or of vibration,  and also reverse and different circuit numbers mating.

Pitch: 2.0mm

Current/Voltage: 3A / 250V

Features: Similar to the PH series, but with wider pins and stronger current-carrying capacity. The insertion and removal cycles are approximately 30 times.

Typical applications:

Power connection of industrial equipment.

Internal circuits of power tools.

4. SH Series Connector Wiring Harness: Wire to Board (Crimp Style)

Product Description:  Compact, low profile design *Although this shrouded header has locking features for its mating receptacle,  there are no holes in the header shroud that would adversely effect vacuum gripping equipment. *The receptacle has  protrusions on both ends for an operator to disengage the receptacle from the header without holding the wires.

Pitch: 1.0mm

Current/Voltage: 1A / 50V

Features: Ultra-small pitch, suitable for high-density wiring. The insertion and removal cycles are approximately 30 times.

Typical applications:

- Micro devices (such as internal modules of mobile phones, smartwatches).

Precision sensor connection.

5. GH Series Connector Wiring Harness:  Wire to Board (Crimp Style)

Product Description:

Developed for to PDP,  LCD or small electronics equipments. This low insertion force type connector realizes easier mating operation. The basic  concept of the contact part of this connector is equivalent to the performance proven SHL connector.

Pitch: 1.25mm

Current/Voltage: 1A / 50V

Features: Between the SH and PH series, balancing size and reliability. The insertion and removal cycles are approximately 30 times.

Typical applications:

Portable devices (such as digital cameras, handheld instruments).

Medical electronic devices.

6. EH Series Connector Wiring Harness: Automotive Connectors .

Product Description

It is designed to meet the demand for the high-density connection of internal wires to PC boards.

Pitch: 2.5mm

Current/Voltage: 3A / 250V

Features: Similar to the XH series, but with a more robust structure. The insertion and removal cycles are approximately 50 times.

Typical applications:

Industrial control equipment.

Automotive electronics (such as ECU modules).

7. RCY Series Connector Wiring Harness: (waterproof) : Wire to wire connector.

Product Description:

The JST RCY is a type of 2.5mm pitch wire-to-wire connector commonly used in RC (Radio Control) applications  for its small size and high current carrying capacity. JST RCY connectors are often used for low-voltage applications,  typically with current ratings up to 10A. They are designed with a keyed system to prevent reverse polarity.

Pitch: 2.5mm

Current/Voltage: 2A / 250V

Features: Waterproof and dustproof (IP67 grade). The insertion and removal cycles are approximately 50 times.

Typical applications:

Outdoor equipment (such as LED lights, drones).

- External sensors of automobiles.

8. VH Series Connector Wiring Harness: Automotive Connectors .

Product Description:

This small, field-proven connector for PC boards is reliable and has a large current carrying capacity. It can be used with a wide variety of signal, power supply, and output circuits that appear in consumer electronic products.

Pitch: 3.96mm

Current/Voltage: 10A / 250V

Features: High current carrying capacity, stable structure. The insertion and removal cycles are approximately 30 times.

Typical applications:

 Power distribution (such as household appliances and industrial power supplies).

Motor drive circuit.

The key factors for selecting JST connector wiring harnesses are as follows

1. Pitch: Select based on the PCB layout and space.

2. Current/Voltage: Ensure that circuit requirements are met.

3. Environmental requirements: For special scenarios such as water resistance and high-temperature resistance, the corresponding model (such as the RCY series) should be selected.

4. Plug-and-pull life: For high-frequency plug-and-pull scenarios, highly durable models (such as the EH series) should be selected.

 

Naming rule: JST models are usually represented by the series name plus the number of pins (such as PH-2.0-3P).

Compatibility: Incompatible among different series, the plugs and sockets must be strictly matched.

Crimping tools: Use dedicated crimping pliers (such as JST dedicated tools) to ensure the reliability of the connection.
