Objective:
To ensure the uniform standard and stable quality of wiring harness products during assembly. At the same time, the products meet the relevant process and customer requirements.
Scope:
Applicable to all wire crimping assembly operations in SAISONIC.
Responsibility:
The production department is responsible for crimping and assembling the wire. The quality control department is responsible for the inspection of the assembly after completion.
Wiring harness assembly process and requirements
1. In the assembly operation, we should first confirm whether the material (wire, rubber shell) model is used correctly, whether it is consistent with the corresponding drawings and samples, if not confirmed, we need to report to the monitor, and no error can be formally operated.
2. During assembly, pick up the rubber shell with the left hand, and take a matching terminal line with the right hand. After confirming that the terminal shrapnel is normal and the insertion direction, fix the Angle and direction of the terminal with the thumb and index finger of the right hand. The light force is directly pushed at the bottom of the acupoint of the rubber shell at a constant speed until the terminal shrapnel hooks the card point in the rubber shell (under normal circumstances, you can hear a click, and you can feel it in your hand).
3. During assembly, every time a terminal wire is inserted into the rubber shell, it must be pulled back immediately to see whether the terminal is inserted in place.
If the terminal shrapnel hooks the card point of the rubber shell, it will not exit, otherwise during electrical measurement and use, the terminals that are not inserted in place will backslide out, affecting the performance of the use of power.
4. During assembly, to prevent the terminal from being inserted backwards as a whole, it is necessary to locate the direction of the rubber shell and the sequence of inserting the terminal.
5. Insert multiple single-core cables into multiple holes only one hole at a time. According to the requirements of the line sequence in the engineering drawing, the assembly of a porous rubber shell is completed in turn to prevent the dislocation of the wire insertion.
