Front-end processing: Proficient in cable cutting, stripping (precisely controlling the stripping length without damaging the core wire),twisting,,pre-assembly,and tin plating.

Crimping process: Use fully automatic or semi-automatic crimping machines to perform high-precision crimping on terminals. A profound understanding of the tensile force value and section analysis is the core to ensuring the reliability of the connection, and one can adjust and optimize the process parameters based on this.

Soldering technology:Master the manual soldering and wave soldering techniques between cables and PCB boards, as well as connectors, to ensure smooth, firm solder joints without false soldering.

Assembly and Shielding: Proficient in the assembly of various connectors (such as JAE,Molex,Amphenol,TE, Hirose,etc.), as well as the treatment of braided mesh shielding and aluminum foil shielding, ensuring 360° full coverage and effective anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI/RFI).

Injection Molding and Potting: With experience in secondary injection molding (Overmolding) of cable assemblies and potting of connectors, it can effectively enhance the water resistance, dust resistance, vibration resistance and tensile strength of products.
