· Data communication: Produce Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, Cat7 and other data cables that comply with standards such as IEC 60332, CNAS/ISO/IEC 11801, for comprehensive cabling in data centers.

· Building wiring: Provide flame-retardant wires and cables for buildings that comply with standards such as GB/T 19666 and BS 7211.

· Power transmission: Produce low-voltage power cables of 0.6/1kV and below.

We start strict inspection from the moment raw materials are warehoused.  In addition to the conventional tests of conduction, withstand voltage (Hi-Pot), and insulation resistance, the core focus of our laboratory is the characteristic verification of LSZH cables:

· Flame retardant test:
Low smoke zero halogen cables strictly undergo IEC 60332-1 (single vertical burning) and IEC 60332-3 (bundle burning) tests.

· Smoke density test:
The cables and wires have passed the IEC 61034-2 smoke density test, ensuring that the smoke light transmittance is far superior to the standard requirements.

· Halogen content and toxicity test:
The cables and wires have passed the IEC 60754-1/2 test to ensure the release of halogen-free acid gas, and the pH value and conductivity of the gas prove its low corrosiveness and low toxicity.

Long-term reliability verification
We will also conduct long-term performance tests on the cables, such as thermal aging, oil resistance and crack resistance, to simulate harsh environments and ensure the service life of the cables.
