Product Description

High Temperature Cables

High-temperature cables are designed with special materials. SAISONIC offers high-temperature cables with insulating materials such as FEP, PFA, PTFE and silicone, which can reliably maintain the performance of electrical systems in extreme thermal environments, with a working range from -60°C to 260°C. These wires have a variety of conductor options, such as silver-plated copper, nickel-plated copper, bare copper and tin-plated copper. It can meet various applications, including high-temperature wires for heating elements and industrial equipment.

High-density silicone rubber ensures that it will not soften or crack under continuous loads up to 200°C, and can withstand short-term temperatures up to 250°C (for example, in case of emergency furnace shutdown).

FEP Cable is a type of wire insulated or sheathed with fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) material. It can be used in some industrial high-temperature environments that require wear-resistant and moisture-proof wires.
PTFE refers to the coating of a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material on the outer layer of a conductor as insulation to protect wires

PFA cable, the full name of which is perfluoroalkoxy wire, refers to a type of wire with perfluoroalkoxy coated or insulated on tin-plated or silver-plated copper wire. PFA material features high dielectric strength and low dielectric constant, preventing leakage. The rated temperature of PFA insulation is 250℃, which can withstand high temperatures and maintain electrical stability.
