1.Precision miniaturized series (such as PH, XH, EH, ZH series)
The PH series (2.0mm pitch) and XH series (2.5mm pitch) are among SAISONIC's most produced products and are commonly used in motherboards, power supplies, sensors, LED light strips, etc. We are proficient in the automated crimping process of its extremely fine wires (AWG28-AWG32), ensuring stable and reliable connections in tiny Spaces.

Advantages: Equipped with high-precision (micron-level) terminal and rubber shell molds, combined with a visual inspection system, it can perfectly solve common problems of micro connectors such as skewed pins and misaligned rubber shell locks.

2. Board-to-wire/wire-to-board (such as PA, PAD, SH, SM series)
The PA/PAD series (automotive grade) is our strong suit. SAISONIC has a profound understanding of the design significance of the secondary locking (CPA) and terminal secondary locking (TPL) mechanisms, and strictly implements relevant tests in the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with the harsh environmental requirements such as automotive vibration and thermal shock.SAISONIC has a complete production capacity for automotive-grade wiring harnesses (such as using XLPE wires, in compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and customer-specific standards), and provides one-stop services from prototype to batch production for the PA series.

3. High current/power connection series (such as VH, YH, GH, RC series)
SAISONIC manufactures a large number of wiring harnesses using the VH (3.96mm) and GH (1.25mm high current) series for industrial equipment, power modules, and household appliances. Be familiar with the heat dissipation design of high-current wire harnesses, the selection of terminal coating thickness, and the requirements for high holding force insertion and extraction.
·Advantages: Current-carrying capacity analysis and optimization suggestions can be provided during the wiring harness design stage, and professional tensile testers and milliohm meters are used to conduct dual verification of the crimping quality of each power terminal.

4.FFC/FPC flexible board connection series (such as FH, SFH, AFH series)
SAISONIC manufactures a large number of ultra-thin connection harnesses for displays, camera modules and mobile devices. 

Proficient in the insertion force control of FPC and the operation feel debugging of ZIF/LIF structure switches. 

There are strict process controls over the flatness and insertion Angle of FPC.
