Wire and Cable Processing Services

We are proficient in handling the entire process from the development of wire harness samples, design optimization, design verification testing (DVT), process validation to mass production.  At SAISONIC, we focus on automated wire and cable processing solutions, aiming to achieve higher precision, efficiency and repeatability.  Our fully automatic machinery can cutting the wires to any length you want after automatic measurement is completed.  It can stripping one or both ends of the cable to the predetermined length, mechanically connect the contacts or terminals to one or both ends, and perform tin plating on the stripped conductors.  All these are processed in an integrated manner on one device.  The fully automatic equipment is fully programmable and adjustable.  It also provides a variety of quality inspection tools, such as crimping quality monitoring, crimping height measurement and tensile testing .  This ensures the consistent quality of various custom cable assemblies and wiring harnesses.
